Hailing from Orange County California Giant Cats! (also known as Matt Williams) has been bubbling under southern California’s DIY scene with his fusion of punk jazz and pop. After three acclaimed singles that seen international blog attention and radio play from likes UCLA Radio, Amazing Radio and BBC Radio in the UK. His self-titled EP is ready to be sent forth into the world by Scottish Indie label and co-conspirators In Black Records. Recorded in his bedroom and mixed by friend and collaborator Enoch Yang it captures the spirt and frustration of a young progressive trapped between hope, a global pandemic and the trump administration. Through a distortion pedal, a drum machine, friendship and art this EP is message to all who draw outside the lines, that what makes you different is what makes you awesome. As the world begins to comeback, lets all do our part to comeback to something better. Let Giant Cats! be our soundtrack.
